Payment Policy

1. Initial Consultation: A 15-minute initial consultation is offered at no charge to discuss your needs, goals, and to determine if our services are a good fit for you. We will coordinate via email and a Zoom call. 

2. Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, cash, and other forms of digital payment agreed upon by both parties. 

3. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans or financing options. 

4. Price Transparency: You may be charged for telehealth consultations / treatments with you (client) or your child (minor). These charges are based on time and are equal to my normal fee for in-person Myofunctional Therapy / Speech therapy services. Any and all charges will be discussed prior to a telehealth evaluation / treatment.  

1. Myofunctional Evaluation (virtual 60-75 minutes) - $175 

2. Myofunctional Evaluation (in-person 60-90 minutes)* - $250 (includes intra-oral/extra-oral and postural photographs captured by clinician) 

3. Treatment (30-45 minutes) - $125 

Recommendations for certain materials and therapy tools are available at an additional cost and are not included in treatment cost (e.g. Myomunchee device, muscle training devices such as an EMST-150) 

*Initial evaluation must be in-person for evaluation and treatment of Ankyloglossia (tongue-tie) and preparation for labial and/or lingual frenectomy. Tethered oral tissues (TOTs) CANNOT be diagnosed based on appearance alone. TOTs require an in-person evaluation and a full oral motor assessment including a lingual/labial function examination. 

5. Insurance: We do not directly bill insurance companies, but we can provide you with a detailed receipt of services rendered that you can submit to your insurance  provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if Myofunctional Therapy and breathing therapy are covered under your plan. 

6. Cancellation Policy: Unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, my policy is to charge for missed appointments. This charge must be billed directly to the consumer. Please help me serve you by keeping scheduled appointments. 

7. Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable.
